This hotel was wonderful base for exploring Pattaya, really enjoyed it and venue’s kind staff at the reception desk. The setting was FAVOURABLE, so close to South Pattaya, rThe beach, and main shopping area. Easily reached La Notte Restaurant, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The breakfast was good with a great selection of meals.

I stayed here before, always excellent and generous-sized rooms with balcony. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the lounge area was kept stocked.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Pattaya. It was fairly clean in the hotel. The location was peaceful and comfortable: a market and shopping centers were within walking distance. Had tea and goodies at Coffee Break, nestled 1 mi of the venue.

Overall had great stay in February. The room was stylish and clean with good privacy, and I really enjoyed it.

As for me, the area was pretty dark.

loved the stay at the hotel in Pattaya - so much better than last time. Housekeeping on 7th floor was amazing, making our stay easier. Multinational breakfast options and great showers. Massage parlor next door was a bonus for in-room service. Receptionist Fang was super helpful.

Staff extremely friendly and helpfulness. The pool on the roof excellent.

Internet connection via wireless not consistent and readily available even though advertise is so. The rooms although near new are not cleaned thoroughly especially the floor and corners.

WiFi not avilable in my room 504. Too far from the modem.An extra modem needs to be placed near this room.I Had to be moved out of my original room because the power failed.I Had WiFi in my original room.More clothes hangers needed in the rooms.

I chose to stay at Sun Xclusive because it was conveniently located near the Chumphonket Udomsak Monument, a landmark I was eager to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary In-room Afternoon Tea service offered by the property. It was a delightful treat after a long day of exploring Pattaya. , the rooftop terrace and poolside bar were wonderful amenities to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.

Male staff rude and condescending. Breakfast disappointing, but found a delightful food hut nearby at a fraction of the cost.

We had a pleasant stay at Sun Xclusive, which is conveniently located near Walking Street and other major attractions. The staff, especially Marathi, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, with amenities like laundry service and massage parlors just across the street. A 7/11 and Family Mart are also nearby. We also appreciated that they don't charge for lady visitors. it was a nice experience during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this city. Best aspects include its location not far from the walking street, making it easy to get to all the nightlife the city has to offer. It's also close to many great Indian restaurants, and the pier for those looking to take part in water-related activities. The hotel facilities are great, especially the beautiful pool on the rooftop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that there was always a bike taxi waiting outside to take us wherever we wanted to go.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. With its great location, comfortable beds, and excellent staff, we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
